Shipping policy

Shipping Rate

Orders of $99.99 or less ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Orders of $100 or more qualify for complimentary shipping, regardless of order size or weight.

We currently ship to the United States and Chile.

Duties & Customs

Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means applicable customs duties and clearance charges are handled in advance. You should not be asked to pay customs duties or clearance fees upon delivery.

United States: applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Chile: under Chilean law, imports valued up to USD 500 are exempt from customs duties but are subject to Chilean VAT (IVA, 19%), which is paid by the recipient during customs clearance.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 5–8 business days
Chile: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
